Professor Felix Borel is an elite martial artist, U.S. Army veteran, and dedicated educator who brings over 25 years of competitive and instructional experience to the academy. A versatile practitioner of combat sports, he holds a prestigious first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a red belt in full-contact kickboxing. His deep understanding of hand-to-hand combat is backed by extensive real-world experience, having successfully competed in both mixed martial arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) tournaments.
Before committing himself fully to teaching, Professor Borel served honorably in the United States military. His time in the U.S. Army was spent working within Military Intelligence, a specialized field that demanded high-level strategy, sharp analytical thinking, and extreme discipline under pressure. Today, he seamlessly blends his military background with a quarter-century of striking and grappling expertise.
